Avocado Toast
 Servings 4 toasts
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
 - 1/4 lemon fresh lemon juice
 - 1 pinch kosher salt
 - 4 slices bread to toast
 - red pepper flakes to taste
 - olive oil extra virgin, for drizzling
 
Instructions
- Pit the avocados and scoop the flesh out into a medium sized bowl.
 - Add the lemon juice and kosher salt to the bowl.
 - Toast the bread.
 - Mash the avocados with a fork and mix, leaving some chunks.
 - To serve, spread the avocado mixture on the toast, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top, and drizzle some olive oil.
