Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 lemon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 4 slices bread to toast
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • olive oil extra virgin, for drizzling

Instructions

  • Pit the avocados and scoop the flesh out into a medium sized bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice and kosher salt to the bowl.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Mash the avocados with a fork and mix, leaving some chunks.
  • To serve, spread the avocado mixture on the toast, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top, and drizzle some olive oil.
