We are calling these Brownie Bites because they are super rich and moist so that a bite (or two or three) is enough to satisfy you for that moment. Then you’ll keep going back for more and you won’t feel too guilty about it because they are only bite sized. Our cousin Laura first introduced this to us at her party, where I watched batches of them disappear within minutes while another cousin (the skinniest person ever) secured a whole tray to herself and devoured it right in front of me. I’m not sure how that was possible, but they’re that good! The bake time significantly impacts the texture, so you’re going to have to learn your oven. For our convection oven, 30 minutes came out a bit dry and 20 minutes was a bit underdone. Taste was delicious both times though, so you can’t really go wrong.
